“You” means the person placing an order.

“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Ordering  

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have verified and authorization your payment. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Certain steps must be followed for your order to push through, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email invoice as an acknowledgement that we have received your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order until your payment has been completed. If paying through credt card or debit cards, you will be directed to a secure third-party site to complete your order. Our card processor is Paypal.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and your order may be cancelled under the following circumstances below:  You will be notified in case your order is pending.

  • We do not have the products in stock
  • Product in stock is damaged
  • Your payment is not authorized
  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
  • You have canceled your order

 Shipping and Delivery

  • We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier. All our Shipping transit times are estimates provided by Shipping companies.
  • Tracking  Numbers are automatically emailed to the email address registered to your order. 
  • It is the Customers´responsibility to track their orders/packages using the provided tracking info. We are here to assist in case there is a concern with the shipment.

 Return Policy

Please inspect all the goods you ordered as soon as you’ve opened the package. Do not damage the original packaging, cut or remove the tags, try-on the panties, stockings, & other accessories included in your set of purchase until you know that the item you received has no damage and that it properly fits. Thank you!

We thoroughly check all products for damage before dispatch, but in the rare case that we overlook and sent you a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. We will shoulder all the return and replacement expenses and correct the error the soonest. If there is no attempt to contact us via mobile or email within 3 days, all items are deemed correct and received without any problems.

Items and Return Reasons eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

If item received is in perfect condition but you realized that you ordered a wrong size, or you didn’t like how it fits, you may return your purchase & we will replace it with: the same item, another item in the same price range or get a store credit with no expiration. Returns are not eligible for Cash Refunds unless buyer receives a damaged item without any stock replacement.

  • If you ordered a wrong size of corset, waist trainer, dress, babydoll, chemise, teddy
  • If you ordered a wrong size of waist shapers and binders with the exception of panty girdles

Items not eligible for return or exchange

  • Panties, Thongs, G strings and Panty Girdles
  • All kinds of Stockings & hosiery: thigh high, pantyhose, body stockings and tights.
  • Brassieres
  • Nipple Pasties, nipple covers, Adhesive Bras.
  • Cosmetics and make up, body creams, lotions, perfumes, lubricants, and sex toys.
  • Ball gags and Bondage accessories for the mouth and genitals
  • Items without tags, cut tags, reattached tags and not in original packaging
  • Worn items declared as unused but returned soiled, stained and with signs of wear.
  • items that have been laundered / washed.
  • Items with lotion, glitter, reeking with smell of perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke & pet hair.
  • All items purchased on Sale, or in reduced price. All items sold on Clearance are FINAL SALE.

Processing Time of Returns and Exchanges

Replacement, are processed within 48 hours from receiving the returned items at the Lucky Doll Headquarters

Return Refusal

Lucky Doll has the right to refuse all returned items which did not meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy. Return Request should be made via your online account for faster processing. Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the package. Please submit a return request and do not send back items without notifying us or you will risk losing your package.

 

 Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Philippine Pesos, and payment can only be accepted in PHP. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed. In cases where there is an error with the posted pricing at the website, you will be notified of the changes.
